Now and again I look back
On childhood days
Those tear filled moments
When words did not console me

I then remember what it is
That steadies me
That warms my heart
And calms my spirit

No-one, no living soul
No living creature
Or exterior force
Can alter my state

For it is I
My True Self
Who reaches my core
And strengthens me

I am the Great Sun
Source, Source Energy
Filled with Love
Gratitude, Faith, Warmth

And Source is me
Is who I really am
Who empowers me always
Guides my heart in light

And it is Source
Who lets me feel
In the very fibre of my being
That I am my greatest love of all
