May I have your attention please for De Feeks van Montpézat, my Dutch novel that I will be publishing shortly?
It’s the late nineteenth century in the Verdon region of Southern France. A passionate young man becomes more and more entangled in a blood feud that his family has been involved in for generations. While seeking the person responsible for his father’s brutal murder, he discovers the horrifying events that took place before he was born. These events cause a soul-wrenching unrest and in his attempts to escape from these, he often retreats to a secret place in the Canyon of Verdon. Then, suddenly a mysterious woman, the dreaded Montpézat Hag appears on the scene. She teaches him to listen to his heart, with astonishing consequences.
